Steam cleaning – This is a gentle process which carefully removes moss & other types of unwanted organic growth on the tiles. It provides instant results. Sometimes, we will also recommend applying a biocide treatment depending on the condition of the tiles.
Scrape & biocide – This is another gentle & effective way to clean your roof. This process does not provide instant results. Once we have scraped the large clumps of moss off your roof, we apply an acid free, bleach free & non-caustic biocide treatment. This is a self-cleaning treatment which targets organic matter & will work overtime. It can take up to 2 months to notice results. This is a cheaper alternative but is still extremely effective.
